Go to the Pod-o-Matic website at http://www.podomatic.com/

Click on the "Sign Up" link in the upper right corner of the screen to begin creating your free account with Pod-o-Matic.

Sign-up for your free account by entering all the requested information - then click on the "Sign Up" button.  After completing the information on the next few screens, you will be logged in to the Pod-o-Matic site.  Click on the "My Podcast" tab:

Then click on the "Post an Episode" link.  Complete the information requested, as shown on the next screenshot:

Click on the "Record" icon and record your introduction.

Note:  You will need to have a microphone connected to your computer in order to make this recording.  Inexpensive PC microphones can be obtained for $10 - $15:

To stop the recording, click on the "Stop Rec" button.  Then click on the "Post Episode" button.  After a screen or two (you can skip posting your podcast to MySpace.com), you will get a screen with a sample e-mail that you can send out to your contacts:

Simply copy the link to your podcast and post it to the appropriate discussion forum in Blackboard.
